Service Coordinator (Customer Service)

  • Coordination of Service between Customers and Technicians
  • Service scheduling
  • Estimate cost of service
  • Service contract quotation
  • Parts sourcing
  • Quality control (making sure correct parts are ordered/shipped)
  • Parts & labor tracking (make sure they come in at or below projected budget)
  • Invoicing
  • Manage warranty activities
  • Resolving all issues regarding orders/contracts
  • On-call phone 24x7 one week out of every 4 weeks.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Problem solving, multi-tasking and conflict resolution skills necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Successful candidates will be self-motivated, focused and disciplined, reliable, and have excellent people and organizational skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Preference given to candidates with scheduling/dispatch, back-up power/UPS industry, cloud based software, and Quickbooks experience.
  • Requires one week on-call per month.
  • Seeking candidate who is looking for long-term employment.
