Corporate Office - Henderson, NV Full-time

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the National Sales Team.  This is a full time, permanent position with potential to career path into Inside Sales.

  • Proactively engages with customers to develop new accounts and growth within existing accounts
  • Must be a highly motivated, self-starter with a drive to reach decision makers
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships – Business to Business
  • Manage new and prospective clients in a CRM software
  • Ability to engage and persuade potential clients
  • Develop client relationships and promote company’s reputation


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Computer literate with experience using CRM and quoting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful candidates will be self-motivated, focused and reliable
  • Excellent people and organizational skills
  • Must have strong desire to investigate, research and follow up
  • The ability to overcome objections
  • Industry knowledge is a plus but not required, on the job training is provided
  • Seeking candidate who is goal orientated and looking for long-term employment

Great Hours

  • 7:00 AM -- 3:30PM Monday through Thursday
  • 6:00 AM -- 1:00PM Friday
